PURPOSE

Burton approached us to find a way to optimize on snow product tests. We conducted a survey and found out that time is the major obstacle for testing behaviour. After analysing the results and brainstorming we designed a two stage framework wheryby consumers were attracted to a unique location and informed at the bottom of the lift station at a custom built trailer.

After gathering information, their test products were prepared while they were in the gondola. They received the test product at the top and didn't loose any riding time. Add in a free coffee at the trailer and you get a unique & positive customer experience.
